This Privacy Policy describes how NewLeap Solutions LLC, doing business as Newleap (“we”, “us”, or “our”), collects, uses, and protects information about you when you visit newleap.io (the “Site”) or interact with our services. If you have questions, contact us at hello@newleap.io.
1. Information We Collect
Server Logs
Our hosting infrastructure (Firebase Hosting, operated by Google LLC) automatically records standard server log data when you visit the Site. This includes your IP address, browser type, referring URL, pages visited, and timestamps. This data is used for security monitoring and diagnosing technical problems. Logs are retained for up to 30 days.
Contact & Audit Request Forms
When you submit our free audit request form, we collect your name, email address, company size, main goal, and estimated project timeline. This data is transmitted securely to our operations platform (Make.com) and used solely to respond to your inquiry and coordinate your audit. We do not sell or share this information with third parties for marketing purposes.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your audit request and follow up on your inquiry.
- To improve the performance and reliability of the Site.
- To comply with applicable legal obligations.
3. Data Retention
- Server logs: retained for up to 30 days, then deleted automatically.
- Form submissions: retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of the inquiry, then deleted upon request or after a reasonable period of inactivity.
4. Cookies & Tracking
The Site uses Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymous usage data (pages visited, session duration, general geographic region). GA4 may set cookies to distinguish unique visitors. We do not enable Google Signals or advertising features. Our hosting provider (Firebase / Google) may also set minimal infrastructure cookies necessary for site operation. The Site does not use advertising or remarketing cookies.
5. Third-Party Services
We share data only with the following sub-processors, each subject to their own privacy policies:
- Google LLC — Firebase Hosting (infrastructure). Your IP address is processed by Google servers when you visit the Site.
- Google Analytics 4 — analytics service operated by Google LLC. Collects anonymized data about site usage (pages visited, session duration, approximate location). No advertising features or Google Signals are enabled. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
- Make.com (Celonis SE) — automation platform used to process and route audit request form submissions.
- Google Fonts — typography resources loaded from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. Your IP address is transmitted to Google when fonts are loaded.
- Tailwind CSS CDN — stylesheet loaded from cdn.tailwindcss.com. Your IP address is transmitted when the stylesheet is requested.
- SimpleIcons CDN — technology logo images loaded from cdn.simpleicons.org. Your IP address is transmitted when images are loaded.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Erasure: request deletion of your personal data.
- Rectification: request correction of inaccurate data.
- Objection: object to processing in certain circumstances.

7. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS (TLS) and HTTP security headers. No method of internet transmission is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but take reasonable precautions to protect your information.
8. Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
10. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
